TV9 Network is a member of the News Broadcasters Federation. In every case, our aim is to resolve content related complaints on News9 as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction.

Any complaint regarding the content must be lodged by the aggrieved person within a reasonable time. However, this time limit shall not exceed 14 (fourteen) days from the date of first broadcast. Your complaint must include the following:

• The name/title of the broadcast you are complaining about;
• The date and time of the broadcast and the channel on which it was broadcast;
• Type of complaint stating the reason
• Your name and contact details (anonymous complaints will not normally be considered);
